Two high school nobodies decide to crash the last big party before the new millennium on New Year's Eve 1999. The night becomes even crazier than they could have ever imagined when the clock strikes midnight and the prophesized 'Y2K problem' comes to fruition, leading to a tech uprising that puts their families, their town, and the whole world at risk.
